At Vacation Rentals of Lake Tahoe, we provide you with all of the tools necessary to effectively manage your property from afar, with very little time and effort required.  We take care of all of the marketing, our website handles the online bookings and availability management and provides you with information about local services - cleaning & maintenance, snow removal, hot tub/pool service, landscaping, plumbing & heating repair, and perhaps the most valuable to you, since you can't be here to welcome your guests, cabin concierge & keyholder services.  Our office is based in South Lake Tahoe, so you can rest assured that if there is ever a problem, or if one of your providers is not performing as promised, we are here to take care of it for you.

Here's how it works:

1.  You list your property on the VRLT website with the user friendly tools we provide (we can also post it for you if you prefer)  Click here for specific instructions on how to list your property.

2.  Use the resources on our site to arrange for all of the local services you'll need to help you run your property.  Reference the included rating system to help you decide which local companies provide the most professional, reliable service.  Rate the services you are using to let others know how they're doing!

3.  Through our aggressive marketing program, your property will receive a great deal of exposure to people travelling to Lake Tahoe.  Guests can make a reservation for your property online using our online booking and credit card processing services.  You will then receive bi-monthly checks for the rental fees collected, minus a booking fee and applicable taxes.

4.  In order provide guests with peace of mind that the property they are booking is advertised honestly, we provide guests with the opportunity to rate the property in which they stay.  If your property gets good reviews, it will be highly rated.  If not, we can help you upgrade your property and modify your listing so that it will rate better.
